RazorIRC is a fresh look at how to do an IRC client, written in C# using the Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0. Our goal with RazorIRC is to provide a user friendly experience, we see IRC clients today are more geared to powerusers then end-users, this will end with RazorIRC. RazorIRC will also provide the tools for powerusers to, with Lua as our Scripting backend(Note: This could change.) with complete access to the Base Class Library (BCL). We also plan on providing a plugin interface, it'll reside within the same directory structure as the Lua scripts (Vista and 7: C:\Users\Username\Documents\RazorIRC\Addons\addon name\ XP: C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\RazorIRC\Addons\addon name\)
Even though .Net 2.0 runs on Windows 98, ME and 2000 they will not be officially supported by RazorIRC.
